Zoila Jovel has worked as a part of HRC since the year 2009, where she has served as an Instructor, Host, Phone Coach, Case Manager, and now Participant Registration Team (PRT) member.

- Where are you from? – I’m from El Salvador, (born and raised).
- How many years have you worked for HRC? – 14 years.
- What is your favorite relationship principle you have learned from HRC? – My favorite relationship principle that I have learned from HRC is to listen from the heart to really understand what the other person is trying to say. Love this skill.
- What is your favorite movie and/or book? – Movie: The Godfather
- What is your favorite place to travel? – I love to travel every chance I get. My favorite places in the States are Carmel and Lake Tahoe, and out of the States is Europe.
- Tell us a little about your family. – I have been married for 41 years. I married my best friend, the love of my life, and we have two adult sons who are both married. We are the proud grandparents of six grandchildren.
