Marba Reyes is a passionate professional with more than a decade of experience in parent’s empowerment and family support. She has tirelessly dedicated herself to the cause of preventing domestic violence and strengthening family relationships.
As a parenting class instructor, Marba has designed and facilitated numerous workshops and educational programs aimed at strengthening family bonds, improving parent-child communication, and promoting positive parenting. Her focus is on providing parents with the tools and strategies necessary to create a safe and loving environment at home.
Marba has provided emotional support, counseling, and resources to women and men who have experienced abusive situations. Her empathy and understanding have been a beacon of hope for many women and men who have sought to escape abusive relationships.
Marba is a valuable voice in the Los Angeles community, and her commitment to the well-being of families and the empowerment of parents has left a significant mark on the community. Her work continues to inspire and guide those seeking a path to security, self-love, and healthy family relationships.
Get To Know You
- Where are you from? – I was born in Los Angeles, California. I was raised in Leon, Guanajuato Mexico for a couple of elementary years.
- How many years have you worked for HRC? – I am new to HRC, since July 2023.
- What is your favorite relationship principle you have learned from HRC? – Everything! I wish I had met HRC sooner, but everything comes in its time. If I must choose one only, it would be Giving caring, the way it matters. I think it is very important to feel loved. If your love tank is full then everything is possible!
- What is your favorite movie and/or book? – Movie: “Sleepless In Seattle” | Book: The BIBLE (“Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth”)
- What is your favorite place to travel? – My favorite place is at the beach, especially in Roatan, Honduras.
- Tell us a little bit about your family. – I love my entire family, parents, uncles, aunts, cousins of course my daughter and her new family. I am the mother of a beautiful and intelligent daughter. I am the grandmother of my beautiful little girl named Emi. I have the privilege of being an only child of a wonderful couple who are my greatest support and pride.
