Alfred Loveland
Alfred Loveland began his career with HRC as he completed his Bachelor’s degree at UCI in Psychology and Social Behavior and has been with the organization since 2010. He benefited immensely from Marriage and Relationship Education and got involved with this line of work initially as a participant, young parent, and eventually as an instructor.

- Where are you from? – I’m from San Diego but have lived in Orange County, the U.K., Oregon, and Mexico.
- How many years have you worked for HRC? – 13 years.
- What is your favorite relationship principle you have learned from HRC? – The quality of an individual’s relationships has an impact on all aspects of their life.
- What is your favorite movie and/or book? – My favorite childhood book is Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark, as a grown up I’ve read science journals more than anything.
- What is your favorite place to travel? – Any place with sequoia trees.
