Baldwin Sykes

Baldwin Sykes began his work as an Instructor for HRC in 2022. Baldwin’s favorite part about teaching is when the parents really see how the curriculum is positively impacting their families. What Baldwin loves most about his job is the opportunity to help families heal, develop, grow, and elevate to the highest levels possible. If participants described Baldwin and his classes it would be that their fears and concerns are heard and validated with empathy and that the parenting tools provided to them truly make a difference. Apart from teaching, Baldwin loves creating and facilitating trainings, acting and writing (he is a member of the Screen Actors Guild), and Louisiana style Seafood Gumbo.
